Welcome back to the blog!

Today I will be talking about the post-production of my CCR videos.

Editing is definitely not my forte.... nonetheless I tried my hardest.

I first want to start talking about one set back I had during this process. I had already finished editing my first CCR video when I was trying to upload it to my google drive. Then it disappeared. After two days of editing I had to re-edit my first video because it did not save properly. I laughed when I realized what had happened but I almost cried because I had to start all over again.

Re-editing was not hard though since I already remembered what I had done the first time and I even improved a few things to make it look better.

Anyways, moving on....

I decided I wanted to edit my videos on Clipchamp. It is really easy to manage and it genuinely had everything I was looking for. I wanted to edit on DaVinci Resolve but then I realized it was to advanced for my skill level. So I stuck to the one software I knew I could manage.

Again, I had a lot of fun creating these videos and editing them was super satisfying for some reason. I did not feel stressed and I actually enjoyed it.

I hope you enjoy our the products!

Until next time!

CCR Production

 Welcome back to another blog!

Today I will be talking about the production of my CRR

I had a hard time trying to find a day that was best for me to film because it got really busy with the ending of the 3rd quarter of my second semester. However, I found the days to film this week and had a lot of fun.

I had some help from my brother Armando as he played a big part in this project. He was super helpful throughout the production process and we shared many laughs together.

I changed my ideas a bit since there were a change if plans on availability. I also was not accurate on my script. I did change a few things to make it sound better and to make it more comfortable on myself. However, I did not change any of the information that was given in past posts.

I had fun filming this CCR and I think it was really helpful to reflect on our production.

Final Reflection

 Welcome back!

Today, I want to reflect on my film opening project and my feelings toward our product.

I first want to start out by saying that I really enjoyed filming this project. My teammates and I worked really hard for this final product of the film. We really enjoyed working with each other and we had a lot of fun going through this process together. I am super thankful I got to work with Bella and Gustavo.

Alright, let's talk about the brainstorming process.

My teammates and I first started pitching a few ideas to each other. We knew from the beginning the wanted to make something that was exciting and entertaining. We kept pitching ideas about chase scenes but we needed to start the story with more plot. Then we came up with the idea of an exchange scene. The classic spy movie formula. We loved this idea and thought that it was 100% executable.

We then got started on writing the story, choosing character names, and finalizing a script.

We wanted to name our main character after a city and we thought that Vienna sounded beautiful and so we stuck with it.

We did location scouting early on in the process of creating this story. We knew we wanted to film at a diner and at a place we were free to move a lot.

Before going into production we had just a few setbacks that came in the way.

Our first setback was not hearing from any of the diners that we wanted to film in. We contacted them and never heard back. So we resorted to plan C which was to film at a restaurant in Weston Town Center, the same spot we planned to film the chase scene. We called a really nice burger joint that was kind enough to allow us to film.

Another setback that we had was choosing a day to film. We all were really busy with other clubs and activities that did not allow us to film at an earlier time. However, we chose one day that we were able to film everything on.

Even with these setbacks, we were able to create a product that we were truly satisfied with.

Finally, post production. Our editor for the film opening, Gustavo, did an amazing job at editing our product. He asked us for some tips and our thoughts on different coloring things, music, and much more. We all contributed as a team and gave ideas for the pacing and overall look of our film opening. Seeing what our editor would come up with was super fun and me and my partner Bella enjoyed it a lot.

Again, we had lots of fun creating our film opening Agent Vienna and we are super proud of our final product.

CCR Ideas!

 Welcome back ladies and gentlemen!

Today I will be discussing my ideas for my CCR.

I will be answering 2 questions on 2 different videos. Both videos will be at least 5 minutes.

For my first video I will be staying on theme of my film opening. I will be including some aspects that are seen in the film opening but adding some other things that give them my own twist.

I will be doing this sort of lost archive format but also implementing some moments in the present.

I will have my brother and my dad be Agent #1 and Agent #2.

I will also have my friend Ava doing the driving scene shown in the script in the past posts.

For my second video I will be doing a reflection in front of a lake.

I will be given my "archive camera" with the help of Agent #1.

2 of the answers will be read off a paper and the other 2 will be asked by the different people.

CCR 2

Here is my second CCR! https://1drv.ms/v/c/18962bea2175614e/IQDLNH8geuFLS6jFTmQWG0IsASXkYf60cXA07R5cbc_xyTg?e=uakn9Q
